ABV studio update

Our new gallery / studio space "ABV" is coming along quite nice. This past weekend we began the buildout for the 2nd story. What started as some rough sketches on paper is now standing solid.
With the help of some good friends we managed to get it up in less than 24 hours!
Thank god Mike P's been hitting the gym lately because those steel beams were pretty damn serious.
Then the steel staircase got lifted with the help of some heavy machinery and bolted into place:

The top floor is complete, now time for the furniture:
We should be wrapped up by the end of the week. Stay tuned for photos of the complete space.
GM x SD COLLABORATION PIECE FOR THE TENDERLOIN PROJECT

First and foremost, congratulations to Sean Desmond and the team over at The Medicine Agency for another killer opening. Make sure to check out the photos from the opening available here. If you are not familiar with the project, make sure you check the post I put up a few weeks back.
Here is a shot of the collaboration piece I did for the show:
Below is a recap video of the project and opening and some photos:
2ND FLOOR LOFT FOR THE GALLERY / STUDIO ARRIVES..

Yesterday the steel framework for the 2ND floor loft of our new gallery / studio space arrived. When the flatbed truck pulled up the first thing the driver asked was "where's your forklift? You know we put all this on here with a crane and a forklift right?." After seeing the steel stairs and massive I-beams we thought it wasn't going to be possible, not to mentioned the driver said he had to be off to North Carolina and back to New York by the morning.
We called in the troops and threw on our gloves.
3 hours later and a little mental strength we managed to make it happen.
These stairs are massive. Those steel I-beams are no joke. I thought for sure someone was loosing a arm or leg getting this thing off the flat bed.
The plans for putting this killer together (side view):
By Monday we should have some photos of the final product.
